About

Why this exists.

The keyword filter was built for a world that no longer exists. When a machine can write a flawless resume in seconds, matching words on a page tells you nothing about whether the person can do the work.

So we read resumes the way a skeptical hiring partner would — line by line, against the role, quoting the evidence for every call. We tell you where to trust a resume and where to dig.

A defensible read you can put your name on — and never a guess at anything the law protects.
